Happy Friday

Just completed my Gourdy’s 5K run for the month of October for the Fall Fanatic running series. Even though this time of the year can be really busy, it is important to keep moving. I love running, so this makes sense for me. Find something you enjoy doing to stay active.

Seasonal Food without all the Sugar

Yes, I am making my own pumpkin yogurt. Well, I am not making the yogurt, but I still consider it making it. Chobani pumpkin yogurt has 13 grams of sugar. This is probably half of that sugar amount. I added in pumpkin pie spice, and this is fire. Eating better does not have to be boring and bland.

Standards Not Goals
