Almost Back to School
I haven’t posted in a while. Oh well, here I am. It is time for me to start posting more often. I am holding onto summer very seriously. Back to school time is always very hectic. Here are some tips to keep your sanity.
- Make time for self care like running, walking, etc.
- Take things one step at a time
- Drink plenty of water (well, this is always a good idea)
- Things will never be perfect, so go for good enough
- Get to bed earlier and wake up early (the only way I can get up early is to get to bed earlier)
Now, let’s soak up the rest of summer!
